Monday, 1st April 2013 from Sydney

I am heading to my ancestral homeland. Full of trepidation and not knowing what to expect. Landing in Colombo on 2nd April in the wee hours of the morning. Booked to stay the next 3 days at the Galle Face Hotel. Hotel is sending a car to pick us up from airport, which is great. We leave Colombo for Jaffna by road on 5th April for a 10 day stay there. Not sure if we will have internet access. This blog might be short lived or behind time. See what happens.
